To increase endurance and speed, train like Kenyans train. In Kenyan training, the first third of your run should be at a slow pace. Your pace should become quicker toward the middle of your run. In the middle third, run at your normal pace. When you are on your last leg, sprint! If this is done regularly, you will see the difference in your endurance and speed.
Here’s a simple exercise to help you improve your agility. Raise up your left foot, then reach down and make contact with the right hand, then drop your foot to the floor. Pick up your right leg, tap your foot with your hand, and then return it to the ground. Then take your left foot and touch it behind you with the right hand. Alternate and do the right foot and the left hand behind you. Try it for about 20 seconds, moving just as fast as possible and continue for up to five sets.
